The following macros can be used when specifying an email address in an Outbound Fax Rule:

All of these macros must be in upper case.

$RECIPIENTNAME$

This macro expands to the name of the fax recipient.

$RECIPIENTCOMPANY$

This macro expands to the company name of the fax recipient.

$FAXNUMBER$

This macro expands to the fax number the fax was sent to.

$FROMADDRESS$

This macro expands to the email address of the sender of the fax.

$FROMMAILBOX$

This macro expands to the mailbox of the fax sender. The mailbox is the part to the left of the @ sign in an email address.

$FROMDOMAIN$

This macro expands to the domain of the fax sender. This is the part of the email address to the right of the @ sign.

$SUBJECT$

This macro expands to the subject text of the email message.

$MESSAGEID$

This macro expands to the message-id string of the email message.

$DATESTAMP$

This macro expands to the date stamp of the email message.

$HEADER:VALUE$

This macro expands to the value of the header specified to the right of the colon. For example, $HEADER: FROM$ would expand to the value of the email message's FROM: header.

 

Example:

$SENDERMAILBOX$@myfaxsend.com
